Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 4 October 2026
At Think to Map, we aim to provide clear information about our courses, training programs, and other services before purchase.
1. Online Courses and Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product or course page, payments for digital courses and digital learning products are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or the purchased content has been accessed. This includes recorded courses, digital learning materials, and downloadable resources.
2. Before Access
If a payment has been completed but access to the purchased course or digital product has not been activated or used, a refund request may be considered based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable requirements.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed for appropriate resolution.
4. Technical Access Problems
If a genuine technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved and the purchased service cannot be provided, the matter may be considered for an appropriate refund or other resolution, subject to the circumstances and applicable requirements.
5. Workshops and Live Training
Refund and cancellation terms for workshops, live training programs, or other scheduled services may be specified separately on the relevant registration or product page. If Think to Map cancels a paid program and does not provide a reasonable alternative, the applicable refund or other resolution will be communicated to registered participants.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted through our official contact details and should include:
- Name
- Registered email address
- Course or product name
- Order or transaction details
- Reason for the request
Each request will be reviewed according to the applicable terms and circumstances.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment service. The time required for the refund to appear in the user's account may depend on the payment gateway or financial institution.
8. Policy Updates
Think to Map may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
